Meditation class on Wednesday 31st May at Minskip village hall at 7pm until 8.15pm. £5 – No booking required.
This class will include body movement, breathing techniques, relaxation and guided meditation. So if you are facing some life challenges, if you want to lighten your emotional load, if you want clarity of mind, some help to cope with anxiety and stress or a moment in time to renew and heal then this may be the class for you. This is a stand alone session so there is no need to attend other yoga classes. This is a perfect class to rebalance mind, body and spirit, allowing you to get on with the rest of life with purpose, clarity and balance.
